L S WEBB Coaching services are designed for individual or company sponsorship. We are well versed in collaborating with human resources executives and their departments. Our service model focuses on enabling the HR executive to become better and more connected partners with the business and respective leaders.

 

Lorraine S. Webb is a career Human Resources executive with over 25 years’ experience. A graduate of SUNY Binghamton, and a member of several organizations—such as SHRM and the International Coaching Federation—Ms. Webb’s coaching practice is steeped in meeting the client where they are and providing a collaborative manner and road map to success.
